Effective date: October 19, 2026

These terms cover your use of thought2creations.com (the "site"), run by Thought2Creations LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (NC Secretary of State ID 3404305) ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t misuse it: don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Our content and portfolio

The site’s text, design, graphics, logos and the names Thought2Creations, InsideGrove and 2Lives1Heart belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for normal sharing of links and short quotes.

Work shown in our portfolio is either our own or client work that we show only with the client’s written permission. The client or other owner keeps its rights in that work.

3. Prices, estimates and descriptions are not offers

Prices, packages, timelines and descriptions on the site are general information and estimates, not an offer we’re bound by, and they may change. A project starts only when we both sign a client agreement (a master services agreement and/or statement of work). The signed agreement sets the scope, price, schedule and other terms, and it controls if anything on the site differs.

Care plans are offered only for client work under a signed client agreement. They don’t apply to our own apps (InsideGrove and 2Lives1Heart), which have their own terms. You can cancel a care plan at any time by emailing contact@thought2creations.com, by phone or text using the business number in your client agreement or welcome email, or by using the online cancel link in your welcome email. The care-plan terms in your client agreement explain when your plan ends after you cancel.

3A. Taking on projects

We choose our projects. Before a client agreement is signed, we may decline any request for any lawful reason, such as the project’s content, scope, budget or timing, and we don’t have to give a reason. We don’t refuse or end service, or set different prices or terms, based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Once we’ve both signed, your client agreement controls: if we end a project or care plan early, we give written notice, refund any amount we haven’t earned (less anything you owe us), including the unused part of a prepaid care-plan month, and hand over the work you’ve paid for.

4. No legal or professional advice

We’re a software and design studio, not a law firm, and nothing on the site is legal, financial or other professional advice.

5. No warranty

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it’s provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site or its content, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. This doesn’t affect any warranty in a signed client agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or any right you have under a signed client agreement.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to our app sites (such as InsideGrove and 2Lives1Heart) and to other websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on this site.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought only in the state or federal courts for Onslow County, North Carolina, and you and we consent to those courts. Either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

These terms don’t shorten the time you have under the law to bring a claim. Disputes about client work are governed by the signed client agreement.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date.
