Timelines are estimates. Your statement of work sets the final schedule, which also depends on getting your content and feedback on time.
Introductory pricing through December 31, 2026.
All build packages are 20% off for projects booked by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026. “Booked” means we have both signed your agreement and received your deposit by then. From January 1, 2027, packages are at the full prices shown.
Introductory pricing applies to build packages only; care plans are not discounted. The discount applies to the package price only. It can’t be combined with other offers, and it can’t be applied to projects already booked. Prices are in US dollars. Every project gets a fixed quote for an agreed scope after our call, and your signed agreement sets the final scope, price and schedule.
Care plans
First 30 days free with any build we create. Keep your site updated, monitored and in good hands after launch. Month to month, no minimum term, cancel anytime. Care plans are full price (they’re not part of the introductory build discount).
Included time is tracked in 15-minute blocks and covers edits, small fixes and routine upkeep. Unused time doesn’t roll over. Extra work is $125/hr, always quoted and approved before we start. Care plans are available for websites we built. For anything else, we start with a paid audit, quoted up front.
How the free 30 days and billing work
- Start: your care plan starts on your launch day (the day your site goes live on your domain).
- Free period: your first 30 days are free, with the plan’s full features.
- First charge: on day 31 after launch, or 21 days after you sign up if that’s later, your card is charged the plan’s full monthly price: $99 or $249, depending on your plan. We’ll show you the exact date of your first charge when you sign up and in your welcome email.
- Automatic renewal: after that, your card is charged the same amount every month, on the same date, until you cancel. There’s no minimum term.
- Reminder: on day 10 of your free 30 days (or when you sign up, if that’s later), we’ll email you the exact date of your first charge, the amount and how to cancel.
- Clients in Washington, DC: you get the same free 30 days, but we’ll only start charging you if you reply “yes, continue” before your first charge date. If you don’t, your plan ends after the free period and you’re never charged.
- Cancel anytime by email to contact@thought2creations.com, or by phone or text using the business number in your client agreement or welcome email. Once our online billing page is live, we’ll also send you a direct cancel link. If you cancel before your first charge date, you’re never charged. We’ll confirm every cancellation in writing the same day (or in our next work hours if you contact us after hours).
- After you cancel: your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then ends. There are no refunds for partial months, except for billing errors, any charge made after you cancel, a price increase (see “Changes”), if we end your plan for our own convenience, or if we fail to provide your plan’s services. You then have a 30-day handoff window: we keep a hosted marketing site online, send you your files and logins, and help you move your domain settings and hosting. After that, we delete our copies of your site files.
- Changes: we’ll email you 21 to 30 days before any price change, with how to cancel. If you cancel within 14 days after your first charge at the higher price, we’ll refund the unused part of that month. Once a year, we’ll remind you of your plan, price and how to cancel 25 to 40 days before each 12-month mark.
Full terms are in your client agreement and care-plan terms.
Service hours, not 24/7. We respond during our work hours only: 9 AM–5 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday, and 11 AM–1 PM Eastern on weekends, excluding US federal holidays. Weekend hours are for urgent issues. Target first response (a person replies with a plan, not necessarily the fix): Essential, within 2 business days (urgent: 4 work hours); Growth, within 1 business day (urgent: 2 work hours). Small edits are usually done within 5 business days (Essential) or 3 business days (Growth). “Business day” means Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. “Urgent” means your site is down, checkout or booking is broken, or there’s a suspected security incident. These are targets, not guarantees.
No uptime guarantee. We monitor your site and respond to alerts during our work hours, but we don’t guarantee any level of uptime and don’t offer a service-level agreement (SLA). Hosting providers, payment processors and other services we don’t control can have outages.
- Your accounts: your domain is registered in your name, and your payment, online-store and booking accounts (such as Stripe, Shopify or a booking tool) stay in your name; we work in them as a team member.
- Third-party costs are yours: for example, domain renewal, Shopify or booking-tool subscriptions, paid APIs and payment processing. Hosting for marketing sites on our Vercel Pro account is included in the Essential and Growth plans.
- Not included: new features or pages, redesigns, content writing, photography, ads, ongoing SEO campaigns (no ranking promises), accessibility audits, legal text (we’re not a law firm), and fixing problems caused by changes made by you or other services. We quote these first at $125/hr or as a project.
Payment terms
Sites: 50/50.
Taking on projects. We choose our projects and may decline any request before an agreement is signed, for any lawful reason based on the project itself, such as its content, scope, budget or timing. We don’t refuse or end service, or set different prices or terms, based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. If a signed project ends early, your deposit is refunded as set out in your client agreement: if we decline before work starts you get it all back, and otherwise we keep only what we’ve earned for completed work (plus any approved third-party costs we can’t recover).
