Effective date: October 19, 2026

This policy explains how Thought2Creations LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (NC Secretary of State ID 3404305) ("we," "us"), handles information on our company website, thought2creations.com. It’s short because we collect very little.

Our apps have their own privacy policies (see our Legal page). If you’re a client, the personal and project data we handle for your project is governed by your signed client agreement, not this policy.

1. What we collect

When you visit the site. Our site is a static site hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). To deliver and secure the site, Vercel processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. The request logs available to us are kept only for a short period set by our Vercel hosting plan. Vercel’s own operational and security logs are kept as described in Vercel’s Privacy Notice.

When you email us. If you email contact@thought2creations.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write or attach. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google LLC).

What we don’t collect. The site has no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and it doesn’t track you across other websites.

2. How we use it

  • To run and secure the website.
  • To reply to your email, discuss a project you ask about, and keep a record of our conversation.

We keep inquiry emails for 3 years after our last contact, and then delete them. If an inquiry becomes part of a client engagement, it’s kept as part of that engagement’s records under the client agreement. We may keep information longer if the law requires it.

3. Sharing

We never sell your information. We don’t share it for advertising or use it for ad tracking. We share it only:

  • with our service providers (website hosting by Vercel and email by Google Workspace), who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public; and
  • if our business changes. In a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the successor, which must keep using it under this policy. We’ll tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

4. Children

This website is for adults and businesses. It’s not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information (as required by COPPA, the U.S. children’s privacy law). If we learn that we have information from a child under 13, we’ll delete it.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@thought2creations.com. Some U.S. state privacy laws give residents further rights (for example, to know, correct, delete, or opt out of sales or targeted advertising). Most of those laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds, which we don’t currently meet. We honor these requests for everyone anyway. We’ll verify your request (usually by replying to the email address you used) and respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don’t track you across sites, so there is nothing to turn off. The site works the same way whether or not your browser sends these signals.

6. Security and location

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and strict browser security settings on the site. No website is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we’ll notify you as the law requires. Our website is hosted in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries, with appropriate safeguards.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If we start collecting new kinds of information (for example, through a contact form or analytics), we’ll update this policy before that change goes live.
